Brent Bucks Through the Yearsby admin

Five seasons, 70 weekly awards a year, and a grand total of $1,750 changing hands. Inspired by Amelia's draft-day question ("What's the most BBs anyone has ever won in a week?") -- here's a look back at who's been cashing BBs since 2021, who's been paying for them, and the NFL stars who did the heavy lifting.

  • The all-time leader isn't close. Last Call has banked $242.50 in five seasons, $70 clear of anyone else, on 49 separate BB nods, and has cashed in exactly half of the 70 weeks played. Red Daddy ($172.50) and Victorious Secret ($162.50) round out the podium.
  • Best single seasons: a tie at the top. Last Call and Red Daddy each hauled in $70 in 2023, one fifth of the entire pot. Last Call did it the honest way, with Josh Allen and Christian McCaffrey. Red Daddy did it with three Biggest Loser checks and six bench awards.
  • Honorable mentions: Marg ariño $60 in 2024, Castleberry Panthers $55 in 2025, Team jurgena $52.50 in 2025.
  • The Josh Allen tax. Allen has generated 14 BBs worth $70 over the five seasons (four in 2021, then one, three, three and three), and he's done it for a different manager every year: Mew Kitties, Victorious Secret, Last Call, Team Rebs, Red Daddy. Will My Njigba!!! keep riding the Allen gravy train, or is this the year he regresses to the mean? Other top NFL studs: Patrick Mahomes (9), Jonathan Taylor (8), Ja'Marr Chase (8), Saquon Barkley (7).
  • Biggest single-week point hauls. Ja'Marr Chase's 65.4 for Last Call in week 10 of 2024 is the highest score ever to win a BB. Jahmyr Gibbs went for 64.9 for ATL Cromarties Kids in 2025, and Josh Allen closed 2024 with 63.25 for Team Rebs. Best bench performance ever: Taysom Hill, 48.9 points, sitting on the Atlanta Isotopes bench in 2024.
  • Streaks. Marg ariño owns the longest run: seven straight BB weeks bridging the end of 2023 and the first five weeks of 2024, mostly Saquon Barkley and a Jayden Reed bench act. Last Call's five straight in 2024 is the best pure in-season streak. Nobody has ever won the same category three weeks running; a dozen players have done it twice.
  • Triple-dip weeks. Nobody has ever taken four awards in one week, but three of the five have happened seven times, most recently Last Call in week 8 of 2025. The best of them is Marg ariño in week 12 of 2024: top QB (Tua), top RB (Saquon), and Biggest Loser, because 182.7 points somehow wasn't enough to win the matchup. Team jurgena's triple in week 2 of 2025 paid only $12.50, thanks to the WR tie.
  • The Biggest Loser standings. Team jurgena leads all-time with 11, four of them last season alone. Royballs on the Field has 10 in only four seasons, including four in 2023. The single most painful one belongs to Team Rebs: 195.15 points in week 1 of 2021, still the highest losing score in league history. Marg ariño's 182.7 and jurgena's 182.45 are next.
  • The Bench Warmer standings. This one isn't a race. Last Call has 15 top-bench awards; nobody else has more than 8. Five of them came in 2023, when Zack Moss, DeAndre Hopkins, Kyren Williams and Drake London (twice) all outscored the lineup from the bench. Tony Pollard is the only player to win it three times, for three different teams.
  • The duds. No one has posted a zero season, but three teams have finished at $5. Atlanta Isotopes went 13 straight weeks without a BB in 2023 before Ezekiel Elliott bailed them out in week 14. Mew Kitties won a WR award in week 3 of 2025 and then nothing for 11 weeks. And Marg ariño's entire 2025 haul was one Biggest Loser check in week 6, meaning their only money that year came from losing.
  • Ties are rare. Two in 350 awards: Aaron Jones and Austin Ekeler at 28.2 in week 8 of 2021 (Last Call and Red Daddy split it), and Malik Nabers and Amon-Ra St. Brown at 42.6 in week 2 of 2025 (Victorious Secret and Team jurgena).
  • Ms. Consistency. Team Rebs has never won more than $25 or less than $15 in a season. Meanwhile Castleberry Chichis and Victorious Secret have cashed at least $15 every single year.
